Payroll Lead

Rezult continues to make great strides toward enhancing the financial community nationwide. We are consistently looking for qualified professionals to join us in achieving success. Currently we are searching for a Payroll Lead to fulfill an immediate need.




This individual will be responsible for:

• Oversee weekly payroll processing for 4,000+ drivers, ensuring accuracy, completeness, and timely payment.
• Audit payroll transactions to validate pay rates, identify discrepancies, and maintain payroll accuracy.
• Lead payroll integrations between AS400 and Workday, ensuring accurate data flow and system functionality.
• Research, troubleshoot, and resolve payroll discrepancies and payment issues.
• Process off-cycle payroll runs to address adjustments and ensure timely payment corrections.
• Assist with payroll garnishments, including coordinating with ADP and third-party vendors and uploading required documentation to ADP as needed.
• Serve as a key point of contact for drivers, answering payroll-related calls and resolving pay concerns.
• Partner directly with the Payroll Manager to support daily operations, address escalated issues, and maintain payroll efficiency.
• Identify and implement process improvements to streamline payroll workflows and enhance accuracy.

We are actively speaking with applicants that have a minimum of:

• 3+ years of full-cycle payroll processing experience
• Experience processing off-cycle payroll
• Workday experience is a plus
• Strong attention to detail and excellent customer service skills
