Title: Payroll Manager

Salary: $80,000–$110,000 + ~10% discretionary bonus

Location: Brockton, MA | 100% Onsite

Payroll Manager Key Responsibilities:
• Oversee weekly, high-volume payroll across multiple states
• Manage certified payroll requirements and prevailing wage compliance
• Audit and review payroll data before final processing through Paychex
• Maintain employee payroll records, deductions, tax updates, and compensation changes
• Complete payroll reconciliations and reporting while partnering with Accounting and Operations

Payroll Manager Qualifications:
• 5+ years of hands-on payroll experience
• Prior payroll experience within the construction industry required
• Strong knowledge of certified payroll and prevailing wage requirements
• Experience managing multi-state payroll in an internal payroll environment
• Strong Excel and payroll system skills; Paychex experience is preferred
