Job Announcement Flyer: Payroll Manager 9.14.23.pdf [pdf - 213.39 KB] Duties: • Oversee the daily operations of payroll • Oversee and recommends process changes for payroll and human resources • Provides data and analysis for Finance and Human Resources required reporting, file required state and federal forms, maintain files in compliance with applicable retention protocols • Provides data and assists with managing reports for the Money Purchase Pension plan, accruals, and other Finance related reports • Provides support for ADP issues and reporting when required • Maintain a high level of internal customer satisfaction by explaining NSHC payroll policies and procedures to managers and others who inquire • Prepare and develop data for Corporation''s annual operating budget • Assist Finance with data and reporting for outside entities • Perform other duties as assigned Qualifications: Education Degree Associate''s degree is required Bachelor''s degree preferred Experience General (Non-supervisory) Amount: 4 year(s) In Healthcare/Hospital related finance or demonstrated experience at NSHC.
