Key Responsibilities for the Sr. Payroll Manager:

• 
  
• Lead end-to-end payroll processing for a multi-faceted construction workforce
• 
  
• Manage, mentor, and develop a payroll team of approximately four professionals
• 
  
• Ensure compliance with federal, state, local, union, and certified payroll requirements
• 
  
• Drive payroll audits, reconciliations, reporting, and tax filing accuracy
• 
  
• Evaluate and implement payroll technologies and process improvements to support growth
• 
  

Qualifications for the Sr. Payroll Manager:

• 
  
• 7+ years of payroll experience, including 3+ years in a payroll leadership role
• 
  
• Expertise in payroll compliance, tax reporting, reconciliations, and W-2/940/941 processing
• 
  
• Experience managing union payroll, remittances, audits, and reporting requirements
• 
  
• Construction industry payroll experience preferred; CPP certification, CMiC, Sage Timberline, and system implementation experience are highly valued
•
