As a Payroll Operations Associate on the US Payroll Operations team, you will support end-to-end payroll execution and validation in Oracle HCM Payroll for a large, complex employee population. You will develop a strong understanding of how data flows from upstream transactions through calculation and disbursement, using that knowledge to identify risks and implement preventative controls. You will contribute to continuous improvement by enhancing processes and building automation using tools such as Alteryx and Pega. You will also produce meaningful reporting and insights that help leaders make decisions and improve outcomes for employees.
