Key Responsibilities

• Process and manage payroll accurately for all employees (multiple entities)
• Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local payroll regulations
• Maintain detailed payroll records and reports
• Collaborate with HR and finance teams to resolve payroll issues

Qualifications

• Certified Payroll Specialist credential required
• High school degree or equivalent
• Experience in payroll within construction or manufacturing industries
• Must have knowledge of David Bacon Act
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
