As a Payroll Specialist, you'll coordinate payroll operations from start to finish while ensuring accuracy, compliance, and timely service. You'll work closely with a collaborative payroll team to deliver dependable support to clients across multiple states.

What You'll Do
As a Payroll Specialist, you will be responsible for

• Processing payroll for employees across multiple states while meeting strict deadlines and accuracy standards
• Reviewing timesheets, earnings, deductions, commissions, bonuses, and tax information for completeness and accuracy
• Applying applicable federal, state, and local payroll requirements
• Maintaining accurate employee records and handling benefits, garnishments, deductions, and related documentation
• Collaborating with internal teams to coordinate payroll, billing, and administrative activities
