Payroll Tax Associate

Job Title

This is an onsite position 100%. Description We need candidates specializing in "backend" payroll or after payroll has been processed. This position is looking for candidates that have strong payroll tax processing experience.

Skills

• Previous work with state agencies
• Work on tax notices, work with tax providers, power of attorneys, and 3rd party authorizations
• Has multi-state tax experience
• Microsoft Office Suites (Excel)
• Clear and effective communication
• Ensuring all aspects of the project are thoroughly considered and executed

Education

• High school with at least 2-3 years payroll tax experience
• Solid foundation of payroll taxes- federal, state and Fica taxes
• Tax filing exp- payroll tax filing
• Attention to detail
• Fast paced
• Project exp- testing exp
