About the Role:
KAMOR CARE SERVICES LLC is looking for a compassionate and dedicated Personal Care Attendant (PCA) to join our growing team in Danville, VA. THIS IS PART-TIME EVERY OTHER WEEKEND FOR 2ND SHIFT WHICH IS 3:00 PM-11:00 PM


Responsibilities:

• Assist clients with activities of daily living (ADLs) including bathing, grooming, and dressing
• Provide mobility assistance and transfers to ensure client safety
• Prepare meals and assist with feeding as needed
• Perform light housekeeping duties to maintain a clean and safe environment
• Monitor and report changes in client health or behavior to supervisors
• Provide companionship and emotional support to clients
• Assist with medication reminders as directed by care plans

Requirements:

• Previous experience as a PCA, CNA, HHA, or in a similar caregiving role preferred
• Genuine compassion and patience when working with clients
• Ability to follow individualized care plans accurately and consistently
• Reliable transportation and a dependable schedule
• Strong communication skills and ability to work independently
• Must pass a background check
• CPR/First Aid certification is a plus
