Benchmark Senior Living at the Villages at White River Junction is looking for compassionate PCAs & Experienced Caregivers to join our team!Full Time & Part Time Evenings 3p-11p & 11p-7aAs a Licensed Nursing Assistant, your main role will be to deliver care to our residents within a warm, comfortable, and home-like environment.
LNA Duties & Responsibilities:
Assisting residents with activities of daily living, such as bathing, dressing, grooming, and toiletingDocumenting care provided and reporting any changes in resident health or behavior to appropriate staff.Engaging residents in meaningful activities and providing emotional support.Utilizing customer service skills to ensure that residents receive exceptional and meaningful care.Other duties as needed.
Requirements:
Valid CNA/HHA/LNA license preferred; PCA/Experienced Caregivers welcomePrior experience in a skilled nursing or assisted living community is preferred but not requiredPrevious experience working with people with dementia is desired
