Akkodis is seeking a PCA Repair Technician for a Contract to Hire with a client in Everett, WA. The Ideal candidates will have hands-on experience troubleshooting and repairing printed circuit assemblies (PCAs), including analyzing schematics and using electronic test equipment such as DMMs and oscilloscopes.

Rate Range: $35/Hour to $43/Hour; The rate may be negotiable based on experience, education, geographic location, and other factors.

PCA Repair Technician Job Responsibilities include:

• Troubleshoot, test, and repair printed circuit assemblies (PCAs) to meet quality and production standards.

• Analyze electronic schematics and circuit diagrams to diagnose faults and identify root causes of failures.

• Utilize electronic test equipment such as digital multimeters (DMMs), oscilloscopes, and power supplies to perform testing and repairs.

• Support production teams by conducting functional testing and troubleshooting circuit board assemblies.

• Develop and maintain test setups and troubleshooting procedures to improve repair efficiency and product reliability.

• Collaborate with buyers, material planners, and suppliers to identify and resolve component quality issues and drive continuous improvement initiatives.

Required Qualifications:

• Associate's degree, vocational/technical degree in Electronics, or military equivalent in an electronics-related field.

• Minimum 3 years of experience in electronics troubleshooting, testing, and repair of printed circuit assemblies (PCAs).

• Strong proficiency in reading and interpreting electronic schematics and circuit diagrams for diagnostics and repair.

• Hands-on experience using electronic test and measurement equipment, including digital multimeters (DMMs), oscilloscopes, and power supplies.

Pay Details: $35.00 to $43.00 per hour
