Snapshot
- Compensation: $20.00 – $27.00 per hour
- Employment: Full-Time | Direct Hire or Temp-to-Hire (your choice)
- Location: Stacy, MN 55079

A Day in the Role
You arrive to a clean, organized production floor and open the day’s build packets. With schematics and assembly drawings at your station, you begin populating printed circuit boards, placing components precisely and soldering both through-hole and SMT parts under magnification. You install harnesses, connectors, and ancillary hardware, then move into meticulous inspection against IPC-A-610 workmanship criteria.
When a unit doesn’t pass on the first try, your rework skills shine—troubleshooting, repairing bridges or cold joints, and restoring boards to spec. Throughout the shift, you document work performed, follow company quality procedures, and keep your bench spotless. By day’s end, you’ve supported production targets without compromising quality, delivering reliable assemblies ready for test.
