PCBA Production - Multiple Roles

Onsite : Van Nuys, CA | Chatsworth, CA in Fall 2026

$21-$30/hr | 1st and 2nd Shift

SMT Operator

The SMT Operator is responsible for the setup, operation, and adjustment of surface-mount technology (SMT) equipment to assemble high-reliability circuit boards. This role requires attention to detail, adherence to quality standards, and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced production environment.

Solder

The solderer performs precision hand soldering and assembly of PCBAs in compliance with industry standards and company procedures while maintaining accuracy and efficiency in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.

Test Technician

The Test Technician will be responsible for testing, inspecting, and ensuring the quality of electronic assemblies and PCB (Printed Circuit Board) products. Your expertise will help maintain our high standards of quality control and quality assurance while supporting manufacturing processes through precise testing and analysis.

AOI Operator

The AOI Operator is responsible for programming and operating automated optical inspection (AOI) machines for assembled printed circuit boards and making IPC acceptability decisions during AOI operations. They will be responsible managing quality processes, performing in-process and final inspections through the work cell, and utilizing analytical skills to ensure product integrity.

Requirements:

• Minimum of one year of experience operating equipment in a high-mix, high-reliability manufacturing environment
• Fundamental English reading and writing skills to support clear and professional communication
• Basic computer proficiency preferred for SMT, including the ability to use Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Outlook, Excel)
• Willing to assume additional responsibilities as needed to support team and business objectives
