Job Description

Job Summary:

Responsible for the overall clinical flow of tumor site teams within PCI. Works in conjunction with the Director and Supervisor to create efficiency, direct staff, support providers, and promote programs to support physician practices. Oversees and provides input on the clinical functions and flow of each tumor site. Responsible for leading a team of nurses and healthcare providers.

Education:

Must have a BSN from accredited program. Acceptable accrediting agencies are Commission on Collegiate Education in Nursing (CCNE) or Accreditation Commission for Education in Nursing (ACEN).

License & Cert:

Active Indiana state RN License. Addendums are required for 0153 Nurse Leader, 0249 Registry RN, 0252 Registered Nurse, 0235 Advanced Registered Nurse, and 0236 Expert Registered Nurse. To view addendums, go to the job description page on Parkview's intranet.

Experience:

At least 5 years of nursing experience. Oncology preferred. Leadership preferred. Experience interacting with physicians and leadership is preferred.
