What You’ll Need to Succeed:
  • Minimum of 2 years of ICU/PCU RN experience
  • Proficiency in IV starts, Telemetry, and EPIC electronic health records
  • Current BLS and ACLS certification
  • Strong clinical skills, attention to detail, and critical thinking
  • Ability to float within units of similar or lower acuity levels
  • Excellent communication and teamwork abilities

Nice to Have Skills:
  • Experience working in multiple hospital campuses or specialty units such as Cardiac, Brain & Spine, or DODD
  • Basic familiarity with multiple EHR platforms
  • Additional certifications in specialized patient populations

Preferred Education and Experience:
  • Registered Nurse with a valid license in the state of employment
  • At least 2 years of acute care experience in a hospital setting
  • Prior float pool experience is highly desirable

Other Requirements:
  • Ability to work the night shift (19:00 - 07:30, 3 nights per week)
  • Valid licensure, certifications, and compliance with hospital policies
  • Willingness to float across various hospital units and campuses when needed
  • Reliable transportation and parking permit options available, including access to medical center garages and surface lots
