What Youll Do
- Provide high-quality patient care on the Progressive Care Unit (PCU) during night shifts
- Monitor patient conditions, administer medications, and document care using Epic EMR system
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to support patient recovery and safety
- Float within the hospital as needed, including coverage for other units
- Adhere to all safety, compliance, and facility protocols
- Communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare teams to ensure optimal outcomes
What You Need
Required:- Valid Ohio Registered Nurse license
- BLS and ACLS certifications
- Epic EMR experience
- Telemetry experience
- Minimum of 1 year of RN experience (profiles reviewed by manager for less)
Preferred:- Ability to work night shifts and weekends
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
