Friendly Dental Group is seeking an experienced and compassionate Pediatric Dentist to join our growing team in the Charlotte, NC area. We are looking for a motivated provider who is passionate about delivering high-quality dental care and creating positive, comfortable experiences for children and their families.

Responsibilities

  • Provide comprehensive preventive and restorative dental care for infants, children, adolescents, and patients with special healthcare needs 
  • Perform examinations, diagnoses, treatment planning, and pediatric dental procedures 
  • Deliver exceptional chairside care while creating a comfortable and positive experience for patients and families 
  • Educate patients and parents on oral hygiene, preventive care, and treatment recommendations 
  • Maintain accurate clinical documentation in compliance with HIPAA standards 
  • Collaborate with clinical and administrative teams to ensure excellent patient care and scheduling efficiency

Qualifications

  • DDS or DMD degree from an accredited dental school 
  • Active North Carolina dental license in good standing 
  • Pediatric dentistry experience required 
  • Completion of an accredited Pediatric Dentistry residency program preferred 
  • Strong communication and behavior management skills 
  • Compassionate, patient-focused approach to care 

Compensation

  •  Compensation: $1,400–$1,600 per day, based on experience 
  •  Bonus opportunities available based on production 
  •  Strong earning potential in an established practice group 

Schedule & Employment Options

  •  Full-time or part-time opportunities available 
  •  Monday–Friday schedule 
  •  Daytime hours 
  •  8-hour shifts 
  •  Work location: In person 
Compensation: $1,400.00 - $1,600.00 per day
