A growing dental organization is seeking a compassionate and skilled Pediatric Dentist to join its patient-centered team. Responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive pediatric dental care, including preventive, restorative, and diagnostic services

• Develop individualized treatment plans and educate patients and families on oral health and treatment options

• Build and maintain strong relationships with patients and caregivers through exceptional clinical care and communication

• Collaborate with dental assistants, hygienists, and support staff to deliver an outstanding patient experience

• Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation

• Adhere to all professional, ethical, and regulatory standards of practice

• Participate in continuing education and professional development opportunities

• Contribute to a positive, team-oriented culture focused on quality patient outcomes

Qualifications

• Doctor of Dental Surgery (DDS) or Doctor of Dental Medicine (DMD) degree from an accredited dental school

• Completion of an accredited Pediatric Dentistry residency program

• Current dental license in the state of practice or eligibility for licensure

• Strong clinical skills and commitment to patient-centered pediatric care

• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities

• Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively within a team environment
