Sign on Bonus: $20,000 upon signing

Compensation: up to $450,000 per year depending on PT/FT status, $1500 daily rate / 30% to 35% net production, whichever is greater.

Job Requirements & Qualifications

Education: Doctor of Dental Surgery (DDS) or Doctor of Dental Medicine (DMD) from an accredited dental school.
Specialty: Certificate in Pediatric Dentistry from an accredited postgraduate residency program.
Licensure: Active (or eligible to obtain) Dental License in Idaho and/or Washington.
Certifications: BLS/PALS certification.
Mindset: A genuine passion for pediatric oral health, excellent bedside manner, and a "kid-first" communication style.
