Pediatric Dermatologist

Nemours Children's Health is seeking a Pediatric Dermatologist to join our growing Division of Dermatology in Wilmington, Delaware.

This is an exceptional opportunity to become part of a collaborative, multidisciplinary team dedicated to providing outstanding dermatologic care for children and adolescents. The incoming physician will join an established and growing program with strong regional referral demand and a commitment to expanding access to pediatric dermatology services throughout the communities we serve.

The physician will join two Pediatric Dermatologists, a General Pediatrician, two Nurse Practitioners, and a specialty nurse, caring for a diverse patient population across the region. The practice is primarily outpatient, providing comprehensive general pediatric dermatology care, with limited inpatient consultations as needed. Clinical responsibilities include care at Nemours Children's Hospital, Delaware, as well as select regional outpatient locations. Time spent across locations is flexible and designed to support patient access while promoting physician work-life balance.

In addition to clinical practice, this role offers opportunities for professional growth through resident education, mentorship, and academic collaboration within a nationally recognized pediatric health system.

Position Highlights

• Join an established, growing, and well-supported pediatric dermatology program with substantial referral demand across the region
• Primarily outpatient practice with limited inpatient consult responsibilities
• Flexible clinical schedule across hospital and regional outpatient settings
• Provide comprehensive general pediatric dermatology care
• Collaborate with experienced physicians, advanced practice providers, and dedicated nursing support
• Participate in resident education, teaching, and mentorship opportunities
• Limited call responsibilities, primarily focused on patient and family questions
• Strong multidisciplinary support and collaborative practice environment

Qualifications

• Board Certified or Board Eligible in Dermatology
• Board Eligible or Board Certified in Pediatric Dermatology
• Pediatric dermatology experience preferred
• Interest in providing comprehensive general pediatric dermatology care
