What You'll Do
Provide comprehensive pediatric inpatient care in a hospital setting
Collaborate with healthcare teams to develop patient treatment plans
Manage acute and chronic pediatric cases with a focus on family-centered care
Document patient progress and ensure compliance with hospital protocols
Assist in patient and family education regarding treatment plans
Participate in emergency response and code situations as needed
What You Need
Valid California medical license
NRP certification required
Minimum 2 years of pediatric hospitalist experience
Strong clinical skills and excellent communication abilities
Ability to work a flexible schedule, including nights and weekends
