Experienced Pediatric LPN Needed – Tracheostomy (Trach) & NG Tube Experience Required!

Affirmed Home Care is seeking a compassionate, skilled, and experienced Pediatric Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to provide dedicated one-on-one nursing care for a 6-year-old female client in Wilton, Connecticut.

This is an excellent opportunity for an LPN with pediatric experience who enjoys providing personalized care and building meaningful relationships with patients and their families in a comfortable home environment.

Available Shifts

• 12-hour day shifts

• 12-hour overnight shifts

• Weekday and weekend opportunities

• Flexible per diem scheduling

Required Qualifications

• Active Connecticut Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) license

• Current BLS certification

• Previous tracheostomy (trach) and NG tube experience REQUIRED

• Minimum of  1year of recent pediatric nursing experience in a acute care or home care setting 

• Authorized to work in the United States

• Valid driver's license preferred

• Physical completed within the last 12 months

• Current TB screening (PPD or QuantiFERON within one year) or chest X-ray, if applicable
