We’re looking for an LPN who is confident, attentive, and passionate about pediatric care to support a child in their home in Delaware, Ohio.
This is a great opportunity for a nurse who enjoys building a trusting relationship with a pediatric patient while providing skilled, hands-on care in a familiar home environment.
Your Role
Provide individualized nursing care throughout the shift
Safely manage tracheostomy and feeding tube care
Administer medications and treatments according to the care plan
Monitor the child’s condition and communicate changes to the clinical team
Maintain accurate daily documentation
Work closely with the family to support a safe and comfortable environment
We’re Looking For
Current, active Ohio LPN license
Pediatric nursing experience preferred
Hands-on experience with tracheostomy and feeding tube care
Strong clinical judgment and attention to detail
Dependable, professional, and comfortable working independently
Reliable transportation
Ability to successfully complete required background and drug screening
Your Schedule
Monday–Friday | 7:30 AM–12:30 PM
