We're growing and looking for an Occupational Therapist (OT) to support our Glendale clinic (59th Ave and Thunderbird) as a 1099 Independent Contractor. Our AAC program is expanding, and we're excited to connect with clinicians interested in collaborative care that supports communication and overall functional outcomes.


What You'll Do:

  • Evaluate and treat clients in a clinic-based setting
  • Develop and implement individualized, evidence-based treatment plans
  • Address fine motor skills, sensory processing, activities of daily living, and functional independence
  • Adjust plans of care based on client progress and clinical judgment
  • Educate and collaborate with families and caregivers
  • Maintain clear, timely documentation
  • Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to support whole-person care

What We're Looking For:

  • Master's degree in Occupational Therapy from an accredited program
  • Active Arizona OT license (or ability to obtain)
  • Arizona Level 1 Fingerprint Clearance Card (or ability to obtain)
  • Experience with pediatric populations (0–30 years preferred)
  • Experience or interest in feeding intervention 
  • Experience or interest in sensory integration and developmental delays
  • Experience with AAC devices is a plus! 
  • Strong clinical judgment and ability to work independently
  • Bilingual candidates are encouraged to apply

Work Environment:

This role is based in our Glendale clinic and includes a mix of sitting, standing, and engaging directly with clients who may have a range of developmental, physical, and/or behavioral needs.
