Back 2 Basics Pediatric Therapy is a small, boutique clinic specializing in feeding and pediatric occupational therapy. We are seeking an Occupational Therapist to join our multidisciplinary team and help children and teens reach their full potential.

Position Overview:

• Provide occupational therapy and feeding therapy to children and adolescents (birth-19 years).
• Full-time, part-time, or contract options (25-40 hours/week).
• In-person outpatient clinic with some telehealth flexibility.
• Work in either Howard County (Marriottsville) or Frederick County locations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct occupational therapy and feeding evaluations and assessments.
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans.
• Provide therapy sessions in-office and virtually.
• Monitor progress toward goals and adjust interventions as needed.
• Collaborate with families and multidisciplinary team members.

Qualifications:

• Master's degree in Occupational Therapy (required).
• Active Maryland OT license (required).
• Pediatric experience preferred.
• Passion for working with children and families.
• Team-oriented, compassionate, and organized.
