Our multidisciplinary team collaborates across physical therapy, occupational therapy, speech-language pathology, ABA, and other pediatric specialties to deliver individualized, family-centered care. Your Role
- Evaluate and treat children with developmental delays, sensory processing challenges, fine motor deficits, self-care limitations, and other functional impairments within your scope of practice.
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans that promote independence and meaningful participation in daily activities.
- Utilize evidence-based interventions to improve fine motor skills, visual-motor integration, sensory regulation, coordination, and activities of daily living.
- Collaborate with families, caregivers, physicians, educators, and interdisciplinary team members to optimize patient outcomes.
- Educate parents and caregivers on home programs and strategies that reinforce therapeutic progress outside of the clinic.
- Maintain timely and accurate documentation using AI-powered documentation technology designed to reduce administrative burden and support efficient workflows.
- Foster a positive, engaging therapy environment where children feel encouraged to learn, grow, and succeed.
Requirements
Occupational Therapist (OT)
- Master's or Doctorate degree in Occupational Therapy from an accredited Occupational Therapy program.
- Current Virginia Occupational Therapist license or eligibility to obtain licensure.
- Current CPR certification or willingness to obtain as required.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
- Passion for pediatric rehabilitation and family-centered care.
- Commitment to delivering exceptional patient experiences.
