Job Description
Job Title: Outpatient Pediatric Physical Therapist
Location: Apple Valley, CA 92307
Duration: 13 weeks (extension up to 26 weeks possible)
Start Date: November 17, 2026
Shift: Monday–Friday, 5×8 hours (9:30 AM–6:00 PM; flexible start between 7:30 AM and 6:00 PM)
Requirements:
Minimum 1 year of PT experience
Pediatric experience required; must be able to work independently
Active California PT license and BLS required
Outpatient clinic or home health experience preferred
Epic experience preferred
First-time travelers welcome
No on-call or floating required
Additional Details:
Local candidates accepted; 50-mile radius restriction applies. Contact the account manager for local rates.
All requested time off (RTO) must be submitted upfront.
Facility may cancel one shift every two weeks.
