    What You’ll Do

    \n
    • \n
    • Conduct comprehensive pediatric physical therapy evaluations assessing gross motor skills, gait, balance, strength, mobility, and tone.
    • \n
    • Develop and implement individualized, evidence-based, play-based treatment plans.
    • \n
    • Engage families and caregivers with education, home exercise programs, and adaptive equipment recommendations to support functional progress.
    • \n
    • Collaborate with an interdisciplinary team (OTs, SLPs, pediatricians, orthotists) to provide holistic care.
    • \n
    • Complete documentation in an organized and timely manner with designated, paid admin time.
    • \n

    Qualifications

    \n
    • \n
    • Doctorate or Master’s degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited institution. 
    • \n
    • Active Indiana State PT License (or eligibility).
    • \n
    • Current CPR Certification.
    • \n
    • Pediatric experience preferred (Both new graduates and experienced PTs are encouraged to apply!). 
    • \n
