About the Role:
OSP Children's Therapy Center LLC is looking for a passionate and dedicated Pediatric Physical Therapist to join our growing team in Plymouth, MA! This is an exciting opportunity to make a meaningful difference in the lives of children and their families in a supportive, child-centered environment. New graduates welcome to apply. Weekly mentoring provided from a full time PT with 30 years of experience. Full time, part-time or per diem positions available.



Responsibilities:

• Evaluate and assess pediatric patients to develop individualized physical therapy treatment plans
• Deliver evidence-based PT interventions targeting gross motor skills, strength, balance, coordination, and mobility
• Monitor and document patient progress, adjusting treatment plans as needed to meet therapeutic goals
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary team members including occupational therapists, speech therapists, and educators
• Educate and train parents and caregivers on home exercise programs and therapeutic strategies
• Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation in compliance with regulatory standards
• Collaborate with other team members within and outside of OSP
• Participate in ongoing professional development

Requirements:

• Master's or Doctoral degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program
• Current Massachusetts Physical Therapist license (or eligibility to obtain)
• Experience or clinical training in pediatric physical therapy strongly preferred
• Knowledge of pediatric developmental milestones and neurodevelopmental treatment approaches
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills with children, families, and team members
• CPR/First Aid certification required or ability to obtain upon hire
• Compassionate, patient, and enthusiastic about working with children of all abilities
