What You'll Do

  • Provide evidence-based pediatric physical therapy services
  • Supervise and mentor pediatric PT staff
  • Collaborate with Occupational Therapists and Speech-Language Pathologists to create comprehensive treatment plans
  • Support ongoing clinical learning and interdisciplinary collaboration
  • Assist with program development and clinical initiatives
  • Empower caregivers with practical strategies to support progress outside of therapy sessions
  • Help maintain a positive, growth-oriented clinic culture

Role Overview

  • Productivity bonus opportunities
  • Compensation: $83,000–$95,000 salaried annually, depending on experience
  • Full or part-time
  • Retention bonus opportunities
  • The Issaquah clinic features ~3,000 square feet of treatment space, with a large therapy gym, open treatment areas, and private treatment rooms equipped with therapy supplies and swing attachments.
  • At both locations, therapists share a collaborative staff workspace designed to encourage teamwork, mentorship, and connection.

Qualifications

  • Active (or pending) Washington State Physical Therapist license
  • Passion for neurodiversity-affirming and family-centered care
  • Strong collaboration and communication skills
  • Desire to mentor, support, and develop fellow clinicians
