We are seeking a compassionate and skilled full-time Pediatric Physical Therapist to join our outpatient pediatric physical therapy practice in Rockville, MD. Our dynamic clinic provides comprehensive physical therapy services to a diverse patient population, ranging from birth to 21 years of age. We treat patients with a wide variety of conditions, including developmental delays, neurologic injuries, genetic syndromes, orthopedic and sports-related injuries, and more.  

Key Responsibilities:
  • Evaluate and treat pediatric patients with a variety of physical therapy needs.
  • Develop individualized treatment plans and therapeutic interventions based on each patient’s needs.
  • Conduct one-on-one therapy sessions focused on promoting each child’s mobility and independence. 
  • Collaborate with families, caregivers, and other healthcare professionals to ensure the best care and outcomes for each child.
  • Document patient progress and maintain accurate records.
  • Participate in team meetings and contribute to ongoing professional development.
  • Maintain a flexible schedule, with preference for evening hours to accommodate school-aged children.
Qualifications:
  • Doctorate in Physical Therapy (DPT) or Master’s in Physical Therapy (MPT) from an accredited program.
  • Current Maryland Physical Therapist license or eligibility for licensure in Maryland.
  • Experience in pediatric physical therapy preferred, but new graduates with strong clinical skills are welcome to apply.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong commitment to providing high-quality, compassionate care to children and their families.
