About the Role: Stargait Management Group Inc is looking for a passionate and dedicated Pediatric Physical Therapist to join our growing team in Vancouver, WA. Responsibilities:
Evaluate and assess pediatric patients to develop individualized physical therapy treatment plans
Deliver hands-on therapeutic interventions targeting gross motor skills, mobility, strength, and coordination
Monitor patient progress and adjust treatment plans to meet evolving developmental goals
Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams including occupational therapists, speech therapists, and physicians
Educate and train parents and caregivers on home exercise programs and therapeutic techniques
Maintain accurate and timely documentation of evaluations, progress notes, and discharge summaries
Participate in team meetings, case reviews, and ongoing professional development
Requirements:
Valid Physical Therapist (PT) license in the state of Washington or ability to obtain licensure
Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT) degree from an accredited program
Experience in pediatric physical therapy preferred
Knowledge of pediatric developmental milestones and neurodevelopmental treatment approaches
Strong interpersonal and communication skills with children, families, and care teams
CPR/First Aid certification required or ability to obtain
Patient, energetic, and enthusiastic demeanor with a genuine passion for working with children
