    Summary:

    Cook Children's Physician Network has an exciting opportunity for a board certified/board eligible pediatric pulmonologist to join our nationally recognized pulmonology team in Fort Worth, TX. 

    Cook Children's Pulmonology

    Qualifications:

    • Doctor of Medicine (M.D.) or Doctor of Osteopathic Medicine (D.O.) required.
    • American Heart Association BLS and PALS.
    • Unrestricted Texas Medical license (must obtain prior to start date).
    • Must have successfully completed an Accreditation Council for Graduate Medical Education (ACGME) or American Medical Association (AMA) approved residency for pediatrics.
    • Board certified/Board Eligible in their specialty area.
