Pediatric School Speech Language Pathologist - Palmdale, California

Qualifications & Experience:

• Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program
• Active state licensure (or eligibility) as a Speech-Language Pathologist
• Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) or candidates currently in their Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY) welcome
• Experience in school-based, pediatric, or healthcare settings highly desirable
• Strong communication, interpersonal, and collaboration skills
• Ability to manage a varied K-12 caseload and adapt interventions
• Commitment to evidence-based practice and student-centered care

Responsibilities:

• Assess, diagnose, and treat speech, language, and communication disorders for K-12 students
• Develop and implement Individualized Education Plans (IEPs) in collaboration with educators and families
• Deliver direct therapy services, monitor student progress, and document outcomes
• Provide consultation and support to teachers, staff, and parents
• Participate in school meetings and collaborate with multidisciplinary teams
• Foster an inclusive, supportive learning environment for all students
