What You'll Do

• Deliver evidence-based pediatric speech-language pathology services in a collaborative environment

• Provide feeding therapy to pediatric clients with a variety of needs

• Supervise and support a Speech-Language Pathology Assistant (SLPA)

• Collaborate with OTs and PTs to develop holistic care plans

• Participate in ongoing clinical learning and shared innovation

• Contribute to program development and help shape therapy resources and materials

• Empower parents with practical tools and strategies to support their child's communication, feeding, and overall development
  

Role Overview

• Full or Part-time: Flexible scheduling to support work-life balance

• Compensation: $85,000–$110,000/yr (depending on experience; includes base pay and bonuses)

• Productivity bonus structure + retention bonus

• Anticipated Start Date: December 2026 or January 2027

• Issaquah Clinic: 3,000 sq ft with 1 large gym, 1 large open space, and individual treatment rooms with supplies and swing attachments.

• Location Flexibility: Primarily based on the location that best fits your commute, with a preference for working at the other clinic at least one day per week.
  

• At both locations, the staff office is a shared, collaborative space where all therapists work together, because community is built into the design.

  
  

Qualifications

• An active (or pending) SLP license in Washington State

• At least 2 years of pediatric speech-language pathology experience
  

• Feeding therapy experience

• Ability and willingness to supervise an SLPA

• Someone who thrives in a team-driven, growth-minded environment
