Pediatric Speech Language Pathologist (SLP) in Burbank, CA

Two full-time Speech-Language Pathologist opportunities are available for immediate start: one for a fully licensed SLP and oneavailable to either a licensed SLP or Clinical Fellow (CF). These positions focus on delivering impactful, in-person services to help students access their education and achieve communication milestones.

Key Qualifications:

• Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology
• ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) required for one SLP position
• Will consider strong Clinical Fellows for the second position
• Current California SLP license (or eligibility for state licensure)
• Pediatric experience, especially in schools or healthcare environments
• Comfortable supporting students with disabilities who require varying levels of support
• Proficient in individualized assessment, intervention, collaboration, and documentation
• Teletherapy experience is valued, though services are delivered in-person

Primary Responsibilities:

• Deliver speech and language services to elementary students on-site
• Conduct assessments and create individualized education plans (IEPs)
• Collaborate with special education teams, teachers, and families
• Provide direct intervention and support, adapting to each student's unique needs
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation in accordance with school and state requirements
• Engage in regular communication and consultation to optimize students' success
