Pediatric Speech Language Pathologist – Autism Experience Preferred | Little Ferry, NJ

Seeking a part-time speech-language pathologist providing speech, language, AAC, and feeding therapy with a focus on neurodiversity affirming care. Midday schedules (11am - 3pm), Monday through Friday only - no evenings or weekends!

Compensation:

• 20-25hours/week
• $65-$80/hour DOE
• Bonus opportunities tied to documentation, KPIs, and referrals
• Paid admin time included

The Role:

• Clinic-based, in-person treatment
• 30-minute treatment sessions
• Full administrative team handles scheduling and materials — you focus on patients
• Midday schedules, 20-25 hours that fits your life!
• Multidisciplinary clinic
• Dedicated indirect time for documentation & collaboration
• Paid Sick Time
• CEU reimbursement

What You'll Need:

• Master's or doctoral from an accredited program
• Active NJ SLP license (or eligibility to obtain)
• Genuine enthusiasm for play-based, child-led pediatric therapy
• Autism experience is preferred
• Strong communicator with a collaborative, growth-oriented mindset
