This is a full-time, salaried position with guaranteed pay, dedicated administrative support, and a rare opportunity to receive ongoing mentorship from a specialist in pediatric feeding, swallowing, infant feeding, and tethered oral tissues.

Schedule

• Monday–Friday
• 8:00 AM–5:00 PM
• Guaranteed full-time salary
• Part-time applicants also considered

Compensation & Benefits

• Starting salary around $71,000 annually (approximately $35/hour equivalent), with higher pay available for experienced clinicians

Caseload

• Primarily children ages 2–8 years
• Some early intervention patients (18 months+) available based on interest
• Variety of speech, language, articulation, language delay, feeding, and developmental communication needs

Qualifications

• Active Kentucky Speech-Language Pathologist license required
• CCC-SLP required (Clinical Fellows are not being considered)
• Passion for working with children and families
• Strong communication and collaboration skills
• Pediatric experience preferred
