About the Opportunity

Search Station is recruiting on behalf of a confidential client, a well established Federally Qualified Health Center (FQHC) in Pittsfield, Massachusetts seeking a Pediatrician to join a growing practice. This 100% outpatient role joins 4 established pediatricians and 3 Nurse Practitioners, with hiring driven by both organizational growth and an upcoming retirement. Hospitalists handle all inpatient duties, keeping this role fully focused on outpatient pediatric care.

Requirements

• MD or DO from an accredited medical school
• Board Certified or Board Eligible in Pediatrics
• Active Massachusetts medical license or eligibility to obtain
• 1-2 years of clinical experience
• Athena EMR experience a plus

Scope of Work

• Provide 100% outpatient pediatric care, seeing 15-20 patients per day
• Work a 40-hour week structured as 32 clinical hours and 8 admin hours
• See patients during standard hours (8AM-5PM or 8:30AM-5:30PM) when not on call
• Serve as on-call provider on a rotating basis (9AM-6PM, last patient booked 5:30PM)
• Provide Saturday call coverage on a rotating basis (8:30AM-12:30PM), shared equally among providers
• Coordinate with nurse triage service for after-hours pediatric calls routed to the on-call provider
• Utilize Athena EMR for documentation and patient records
