In this role, youll ensure the smooth flow of patients during clinic hours, coordinate with a team of professionals, and deliver quality service to insured and uninsured patientsespecially those facing barriers such as language, income, or cultural differences. Youll also be responsible for receiving and processing payments, maintaining accurate records, and contributing to a compassionate, respectful environment. This role may occasionally involve assisting other departments as needed. Key Responsibilities Support smooth and efficient patient flow during Pediatrics clinic hours Provide excellent service to patients, families, and coworkers Maintain confidentiality and professionalism at all times Accept and post insurance co-pays in EMR Utilize basic clerical and computer skills, including telemedicine support Ensure accuracy in AccuReg documentation Work collaboratively and flexibly across teams and departments Collaborative Teamwork This role involves working closely with clinical, office, and support staff to deliver patient-focused Pediatrics care in a collaborative and inclusive environment.
