Predictable Schedule | Light Call | No C-Section Attendance

If you’re an experienced pediatrician looking for a practice where you can focus on patient care without an overly demanding call schedule, this opportunity offers a balanced pace, established community, and a predictable 4.5-day work week.

Practice & Schedule

• Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM–4:30 PM
• 4.5-day work week with a half-day dedicated to administrative time
• Call approximately 1 week every 2 months
• No C-section attendance
• Light inpatient and newborn rounding
• Gradual patient-panel ramp-up
• Supportive practice environment with the opportunity to become established in the community

Compensation & Benefits

• $250,000–$260,000 base salary
• $15,000 annual bonus
• $30,000 sign-on bonus
• $50,000–$75,000 NHSC loan repayment for 2-year full-time service; reapply as needed
• PTO and CME allowance
• Full benefits beginning day one
• 3% retirement match, fully vested
• Malpractice coverage
• Relocation assistance

Qualifications

• Board Certified or Board Eligible in Pediatrics
• Circumcision experience is helpful; mentorship and training are available
