- $246,000 to $310,000 based on experience
- $15,000 Sign-on-Bonus
- $10,000 Moving allowance
- Federal Loan Repayment Program Available and HPSA site
- Full Comprehensive Benefits Paid; 403b with 6% match, FTCA malpractice (best), 4.6 weeks PTO + 12 paid holiday's; PTO grows over time to 7 weeks
- Primary outpatient practice
- Do NOT Attend Deliveries
- No after hour or weekend calls; otherwise 1:10
- Integrated Delivery Model with behavioral health providers in clinic
- Residents at hospital 24/7 and they cover hospital patients
- Beautiful new clinic with Lab and Procedure Room
- Amazing and Supportive Administrative Team "Fun Place to Work"
- Primary Outpatient Pediatrics seeing 18 patients daily on average
- Basic outpatient procedures helpful
- Spanish speaking Ideal, but not required
- Recent US Board Eligible or Board Certified
- Quality focused, Patient focused and strong collegiality
