Description:

We are seeking an experienced Pega Informatica Developer with strong expertise in Pega PRPC/Pega Infinity, Informatica, and healthcare EDI transactions. The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing and developing healthcare applications, implementing data integration solutions, and supporting claims processing and other healthcare business workflows. The candidate should have experience integrating Pega applications with healthcare systems, handling HIPAA-compliant EDI transactions, and providing production support in an Agile environment.

Role and Responsibilities:

• Design, develop, configure, and maintain healthcare applications using Pega Infinity/PRPC.

• Configure and develop Case Types, Flows, Flow Actions, Data Pages, Data Transforms, Activities, Decision Rules, and Service Level Agreements (SLAs).

• Develop and support Informatica PowerCenter/IICS mappings, workflows, and ETL processes.

• Integrate Pega applications with healthcare systems using REST/SOAP APIs, MQ, and Informatica services.

• Work with healthcare claims data, including Member, Provider, Benefits, Enrollment, Authorization, and Claims.

• Analyze business requirements and implement solutions for Claims Processing, Prior Authorization, Appeals & Grievances, and Care Management.

• Develop, maintain, and support healthcare EDI transactions, including HIPAA X12 837, 835, 270/271, and 276/277.

• Implement data validation, exception handling, data reconciliation, and audit frameworks.

• Participate in Agile ceremonies, sprint planning, estimation, and code reviews.

• Provide production support, troubleshoot application and integration issues, perform performance tuning, and resolve defects.

• Collaborate with business analysts, QA teams, and technical stakeholders to deliver reliable healthcare solutions.

Required Skills:

• Strong hands-on experience with Pega PRPC/Pega Infinity application development.

• Experience with Informatica PowerCenter and/or Informatica Intelligent Cloud Services (IICS).

• Strong understanding of healthcare EDI transactions and HIPAA X12 standards, including 837, 835, 270/271, and 276/277.

• Experience developing Pega Case Types, Flows, Flow Actions, Data Pages, Data Transforms, Activities, Decision Rules, and SLAs.

• Proficiency in ETL development, Informatica mappings, workflows, and data integration.

• Experience integrating applications using REST/SOAP APIs, MQ, and Informatica services.

• Knowledge of healthcare claims processing, member and provider data, benefits, enrollment, prior authorization, appeals, and care management.

• Experience with data validation, exception handling, reconciliation, and audit processes.

• Strong troubleshooting, performance tuning, and production support skills.

• Familiarity with Agile development methodologies and code review practices.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience developing and supporting Pega-based applications and Informatica data integration solutions.

• Practical knowledge of healthcare systems, claims workflows, and HIPAA EDI transaction processing.

• Ability to translate business requirements into scalable application and data integration solutions.

• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.

• Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and support applications throughout the development lifecycle.
