PEGA Lead Business Architect

Must Have Technical/Functional Skills

• At least 10 years of IT and 8-10 years Pega PRPC experience with in-depth hands on experience in Pega 7.x/8.x

• Should be Pega Certified Lead Business Architect in Pega V7.x or above

• At least 8 years of experience in banking domain with minimum of 3 years experience in AML/KYC and Banking.

• Must have experience in industry standard project delivery frameworks including Agile, Waterfall and Scrum with familiarity to JIRA.

Roles & Responsibilities

• Experience in all phases of software development lifecycle including analysis, design, implementation, testing and deployment.

• Experience working collaboratively with developers located near shore as well as offshore on a daily basis.

• Define and document business process flows, journey maps, user stories, and use cases for developers.

• Partner with Pega system architects to tailor solution architecture, ensure scalability, and align with enterprise models

• Lead requirements discovery workshops and translate business needs into Pega application features.

• Define and document business process flows, user stories, and use cases.

• Collaborate with stakeholders and Pega System Architects to design solutions aligned with enterprise architecture.

• Configure Pega applications, including flows, UI rules, data pages, and integrations (REST/SOAP).

• Conduct gap analysis and recommend process improvements.

• Ensure adherence to Pega Guardrails and best practices during development.

• In-depth knowledge in setting up Jira and Kanban story boards.

• Nice to have PCBA and CSSA certification.

Salary Range: $130,000-$140,000 a year
