Position Title: Pega Lead System Architect (LSA)
Location: Tysons Corner, VA (Hybrid / Remote)
Duration: Fulltime

Role:
Pega Lead Systems Architect, serving as key personnel will act as an expert consultant responsible for overseeing and guiding IT strategies. This role focuses on designing and implementing architecture, workflows, and enterprise -level solutions utilizing the Pega platform. The Lead Systems Architect will coordinate and manage project activities while serving as the central point of the contract (POC) for the effort. The individual will analyze complex project-related issues and develop innovative solutions involving schedule, technology, methodology, tools, and system components. Additionally, the architect will support project planning and financial considerations while proving application and system analysis, as well developing transition and target -state plans to support application selection, system development system maintenance, production, operations.

Minimum Experience:
  • Provide technical leadership as a Pega Lead System Architect (LSA), ensuring seamless integration with existing infrastructure.
  • Define IT strategies and manage infrastructure to meet organizational objectives.
  • Lead teams in system design, deployment, and performance optimization.
  • Ensure compliance with regulatory standards and information security protocols.
  • Provide guidance on best practices, coding standards, and development framework.
  • Conduct code reviews and ensure adherence to best practices.
  • Evaluate emerging technologies for potential integration.
  • Collaborate with leadership to align IT strategies with business goals.
  • Coordinate with Pega vendor with Service Requests and their resolution
  • Manage Pega platform level 508 defects and their plan for their resolution
  • Advocate for reusable design patterns and components that can be leveraged across applications

Minimum Education /Certifications
  • 15+ years of experience in IT leadership, architecture, specializing in Pega.
  • Certified as a Pega Lead System Architect (Must have completed both parts.)
  • Strong knowledge of IT systems, networking, and security standards
  • Proven experience managing cross - functional teams.
  • A Bachelor of Science (BS) in computer science (CS) field is required.
  • Strong interpersonal skills to work in dynamic, project - based roles.
