Role Summary

Are you an organized, adaptable HR or project support professional ready to play a key role in an inspiring employee-focused technology initiative? We are seeking a dynamic, collaborative People Coordinator to support a high-impact learning platform launch!

In this exciting temporary position, you will work directly with a Senior People Specialist to coordinate implementation activities, manage project timelines, and deliver vital operational and administrative support. Serving as a crucial liaison between internal teams, external vendors, and key stakeholders, you will help keep workstreams organized, support launch readiness, and ensure smooth day-to-day coordination. Duties & Responsibilities

  • Support the Senior People Specialist with the active coordination and execution of implementation activities for the platform initiative.

  • Track project timelines, action items, meeting notes, follow-up deliverables, and implementation tasks to keep cross-functional workstreams aligned.

  • Coordinate engaging meetings, collaborative work sessions, and proactive stakeholder communications.

  • Assist with project documentation, status updates, and insightful progress reporting.

  • Support technology implementation activities including testing coordination, issue tracking, and launch readiness workflows.

  • Partner with internal teams, external vendors, and project stakeholders to drive project execution and timely follow-up.

  • Help monitor project risks, issues, and dependencies, escalating concerns proactively to project leadership as needed.

  • Support training coordination, employee communication activities, and post-launch stabilization efforts.

  • Provide comprehensive administrative and operational support related to implementation activities.

  • Adapt flexibly to support multiple workstreams and shifting priorities as project needs evolve.

  • Perform other duties as assigned to ensure overall project success.

Required Qualifications

  • Required Skills & Experience:

    • Two to three (2–3) years of experience in project coordination, administrative support, operations, or implementation support.

    • Strong organizational skills with a proven ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines effectively.

    • Strong written and verbal communication skills.

    • Comfortable working collaboratively with cross-functional teams and external partners.

    • Meticulous attention to detail with strong follow-through and creative problem-solving skills.

    • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision while maintaining active collaboration with the broader project team.

    • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Teams, Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.

    • Genuine commitment to empowering programs that support vulnerable senior populations.

  • Required Education:

    • High School Diploma or GED equivalent.

  • Languages:

    • Spanish (Speak, Read, Write).

Desired Qualifications

  • Preferred Skills & Experience:

    • Bilingual fluency in Spanish and English.

    • Experience supporting projects or initiatives in healthcare or other complex organizations.

    • Experience with project tracking or collaboration tools.

    • Experience supporting technology implementations, employee programs, or operational initiatives.

    • Familiarity with training coordination, communications support, or project coordination activities.

    • Healthcare industry experience.

  • Preferred Education:

    • Bachelor's Degree.

Location and Work Type

  • Work Setting: Work Completed Offsite (100% Remote / HQ based in California).

  • Schedule: Full-Time, 40 hours/week (Monday – Friday, Daytime Business Hours, 8 hours/day).

  • Assignment Duration: (Approximately 3-month temporary assignment).
