Coordinate new hire onboarding including paperwork, orientation scheduling, and system setup
Maintain accurate and confidential employee records in the HRIS

Help process payroll changes such as new hires, terminations, and status updates
Track and maintain compliance documentation and required certifications
Organize employee engagement activities and internal communications

Ability to handle confidential information with discretion and professionalism
Proficiency in Microsoft Office or Google Workspace applications
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Comfortable working in a fast-paced, hybrid team environment
Knowledge of basic employment law and HR compliance practices a plus
