What Were Looking For

2+ years of experience in People Operations, HR Generalist, or similar roles, ideally at a SaaS or tech company Experience supporting employees across multiple countries (US and EU/Ireland experience is a strong plus) Working knowledge of payroll fundamentals, PTO accrual structures, and benefits administration Familiarity with HRIS platforms and applicant tracking systems Strong understanding of employment compliance basics (EEO, GDPR, local labor law) Excellent written communication skills; comfortable drafting formal HR correspondence and policy language High attention to detail and discretion in handling sensitive/confidential information Comfortable operating with autonomy in a lean, fast-moving team Experience with workforce analytics or device/MDM management coordination

Benefits

Private medical insurance Hybrid structure: 3 days in office, 2 remote 15 days PTO + public holidays 14 days sick leave Training budget, industry events, and conference access
