Position: Per Diem Bilingual Evening Counselor
Hourly Rate: $30/Hour
FLSA Status: Non-Exempt
Hours: Monday, Tuesday and Wednesday 4:00 p.m. -7:00 p.m.

PURPOSE:
The Counselor provides trauma-informed, culturally responsive, and strengths-based counseling to individuals impacted by power based violence, which may include domestic violence, sexual violence, child abuse and human trafficking. This role is dedicated to supporting survivors in their healing journey by offering clinical intervention, emotional support, safety planning, and advocacy. The counselor empowers clients to build resilience, restore a sense of safety and self-worth, and achieve personal goals.
