CERTIFIED NURSING ASSISTANT (CNA) - ACUTE CARE | PER DIEM JOB OVERVIEW

Seeking a compassionate and dependable Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) for a per diem opportunity in an acute rehabilitation hospital setting. The CNA will provide direct patient care, assist with activities of daily living, and support the nursing team in delivering high-quality patient-centered care.

SHIFT DETAILS

• Shift Time: 6:00 PM 6:30 AM
• Meal Break: 30 Minutes
• 12.5-Hour Night Shift

PAY

• Pay Rate: 24-28 per hour

REQUIREMENTS

• Active CNA Certification in good standing
• Current BLS certification preferred
• Previous acute care, rehabilitation, hospital, or long-term care experience preferred
• Strong communication and patient care skills
• Ability to work effectively within an interdisciplinary healthcare team

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Assist patients with activities of daily living, including bathing, grooming, dressing, and feeding
• Assist with ambulation, transfers, and repositioning
• Obtain and record vital signs as directed
• Observe and report changes in patient conditions to nursing staff
• Maintain a safe, clean, and comfortable patient environment
• Assist nurses with routine patient care activities
• Provide compassionate and respectful patient-centered care
• Document patient care activities accurately and timely
